In March 2020, our world, which had been known until then, changed from one minute to the next, as the COVID19 virus broke out across Europe and Hungary, which has been defining our daily lives ever since. The football matches were first held behind closed doors in the spring, and then the domestic season was suspended indefinitely.

In the Hungarian Cup, we faced ZTE in front of spectators, but lost the first leg 2-0 away. However, we won the second leg extremely smoothly, 5-0, to reach the semi-finals. On the 5th March, Nemanja Nikolic was a guest of the supporters group RBD.

On the 23rd March, our online club history database, Vidipedia, was launched. Four days later, on March 27, we celebrated the 28th birthday of Istvan Kovacs.

The most important Vidi event for the month of March was the 60th birthday of our former goalkeeper and later the goalkeeping coach of Vidi's first league title team, Peter Disztl. On this occasion, we conducted an exclusive birthday interview with the legend.
