Gyereksarok929Tiber László ugyan Sárszentmihályon született, mégsem a Vidinél lett NB I-es játékos, hanem 1970 tavaszán a Budapest Honvédnál, ahová katonai szolgálatait (Kossuth KFSE) követően került - ekkoriban a Ferencváros is érdeklődött iránta. 1970 nyarán a Vidi tartalékcsapatába került, a tavaszt pedig a MÁV Előrénél töltette, ahonnan 1971 júliusában visszakerült az NB I-es Vidibe.
Az első két idényben kevés szerepet kapott. 1973-tól aztán már a csapat teljes értékű tagja lett, első góljait is megszerezte, szám szerint nyolcat és ettől kezdve minden idényben legalább hatot termelt 1982-ig.
1976-ban tagja volt az aranyéremtől megfosztott csapatunknak, 1982-ben játszott az elveszített Magya Kupa-finálén. Összesen 78 gólt lőtt az NB I-ben színeinkben - az 1977-78-as idényben 14-et -, aminél Szabó József mellett csak Nikolics Nemanja lőtt többet.
1982-ben 221 meccs után választotta az akkor másodosztályú Siófokot, ám kitartásának köszönhetően még az NB I-ben is játszhatott színeikben, hiszen az 1984-es Magyar Kupa-győzelem után feljutottak és az UEFA Kupában is elindulhattak.
Több más korábbi Vidi-játékoshoz hasonlóan 1987-ben ő is az ausztriai Kirschlaghoz szerződött, de később a Boglárlelle színeiben még ellenünk is játszott a Magyar Kupában, majd Ausztriából vonult vissza 1990-ben.
A 173 cm magas csatár 1978-79-ben játszott a válogatottban és bár mindkét mérkőzésén betalált, később már csak egy olimpiai seljetezőn lépett pályára.
Edzőként főleg az utánpótlásban dolgozott, többek között a Vidinél is. Tiber László ugyan Sárszentmihályon született, mégsem a Vidinél lett NB I-es játékos, hanem 1970 tavaszán a Budapest Honvédnál, ahová katonai szolgálatait (Kossuth KFSE) követően került - ekkoriban a Ferencváros is érdeklődött iránta. 1970 nyarán a Vidi tartalékcsapatába került, a tavaszt pedig a MÁV Előrénél töltette, ahonnan 1971 júliusában visszakerült az NB I-es Vidibe.
Az első két idényben kevés szerepet kapott. 1973-tól aztán már a csapat teljes értékű tagja lett, első góljait is megszerezte, szám szerint nyolcat és ettől kezdve minden idényben legalább hatot termelt 1982-ig.
1976-ban tagja volt az aranyéremtől megfosztott csapatunknak, 1982-ben játszott az elveszített Magya Kupa-finálén. Összesen 78 gólt lőtt az NB I-ben színeinkben - az 1977-78-as idényben 14-et -, aminél Szabó József mellett csak Nikolics Nemanja lőtt többet.
1982-ben 221 meccs után választotta az akkor másodosztályú Siófokot, ám kitartásának köszönhetően még az NB I-ben is játszhatott színeikben, hiszen az 1984-es Magyar Kupa-győzelem után feljutottak és az UEFA Kupában is elindulhattak.
Több más korábbi Vidi-játékoshoz hasonlóan 1987-ben ő is az ausztriai Kirschlaghoz szerződött, de később a Boglárlelle színeiben még ellenünk is játszott a Magyar Kupában, majd Ausztriából vonult vissza 1990-ben.
A 173 cm magas csatár 1978-79-ben játszott a válogatottban és bár mindkét mérkőzésén betalált, később már csak egy olimpiai seljetezőn lépett pályára.
Edzőként főleg az utánpótlásban dolgozott, többek között a Vidinél is. Fia, Tiber Krisztián szintén megfordult klubunknál, a Gázszer színeiben pedig gólkirály is lett.
