The Vidi head coach shared his thoughts on the second leg match on Wednesday evening.

"We had to sort out some small issues during the international break, while we worked hard, but took care about the amount of actual work load the players undertook. The end of the autumn season is slowly approaching. I feel that we have worked well and the atmosphere within the team is fine. The international team have qualified to the European Championships, which has given the players a boost looking ahead. The result of the first leg will not influence the match tonight, as we would like to also win the return leg. I am looking for the team to progress past Haladas. We will need to defend with stability and also attack with plenty of ideas. I have mentioned several times about the importance of the Hungarian cup. I will be putting my team together with this in mind and I hope that the players will feel the importance of the game" - commented Vidi head coach Ferenc Horvath.

Videoton return to the OTP league action at the weekend and the defender knows that it will not be an easy game at Mezokovesd.

The left back's contract was due to run out in the summer of 2017. He has now committed himself to an extra 2+1 year deal.

Videoton and Haladas drew 1-1 on Wednesday evening, but it is the red and blues that progress to the next round after winning 2-1 on aggregate.
