The draw for the Europa League play off was held in Nyon on Friday afternoon. Vidi were pulled out of the bag with Polish side Lech Poznan. They include Gergo Lovrencsics, Tamas Kadar and David Holman within their squad. The first game will be played in Poland on the 20th August, with the return leg on the 27th August in Szekesfehervar.

Lech Poznan have won the Polish league 7 times in their history. Their most recent title success was last season. The Domestic cup has been lifted 8 times while the Super cup has been won 5 times. The blue and whites squad is estimated to be worth 18,95 million euros. Their INEA stadium holds 43,000 seats. 

Lech Poznan were founded in 1922 and played in the Polish top division in 1947 for the first time. The first league title success came in 1983. Vidi's opponents were knocked out last season at the Europa League Q3 stage by Icelandic side Stjarnan. They did reach the final 16 of the Europa League in 2010-2011. Portuguese club Braga eventually knocked them out.
