A total of nine new players joined Videoton FC over the last few months. Andras Fejes was the first to link up, returning back from a loan period with MTK. June saw keeper Tamas Horvath arrive from Mezokovesd and Dinko Trebotic from Lokomotiva Zagreb. It was just as busy in July as things sped up with the arrival of Soufian Chakla from Spanish side Betis, Zsolt Nagy on loan from Felcsut, Adam Simon and Robert Feczesin from Italian sides Palermo and Padova respectfully. There were two more arrivals in August with Tibor Heffler coming in from Paks and Marko Pajac transferring to Videoton from Lokomotiva Zagreb. Joan Carrillo now has a squad of 24 players for the league and cup matches at his disposal. The summer transfer window closed at midnight on the 1st September. However, players out of contract can still move to clubs after that window has shut.
