Vidi's cup opponents have been kicked out of the competition

Vidi will now have new opponents in the second round of the Hungarian cup.

Videoton were drawn against Rakosmente KSK in the second round of the Hungarian cup this season. However, the Hungarian FA have expelled the club from this competition for the 2014/15 season. The Budapest side fielded an ineligible player in their first round 8-1 win over Kunszallas SE on the 9th August. That player did not have the required medical license and there was no medical stamp on his form.

The Hungarian FA have therefore made a decision, which will see Videoton FC travel to Kunszallas SE, which is located close to Kecskemet next Wednesday in the second round of the cup. Kunszallas SE play their football in the local Bacs-Kiskun county league division one, and they currently lead that division.  They have won two and drawn one of their opening three league games this season.

The match looks likely to be played on Wednesday 10th September 2014 with a 15:30 kick off.

 Szurkolói buszok indulnak a Magyar Kupa-döntőre május 20-án SZURKOLÓI @ 2015. Május 12.

A jegyek egységesen 1500 forintba kerülnek és a VidiShopban, valamint a Sóstói Stadionban lehet őket megvásárolni. A buszok a szokásoktól eltérően, nem a Piac térről, hanem a Budai úti Interspar parkolójából indulnak majd.
