The Mathias Corvinus College Sport and Performance Workshop organised a conference on "Sport and Psychology in Sport". The event was held on Wednesday afternoon and was attended by our Director of Sport, Roland Juhász, who answered questions from Kristóf Kovács, together with the Olympic long distance runner Gáspár Csere and the world and European champion Richárd Bereczki (the latter won his title in Székesfehérvár in 2022).

During the conversation of the athletes at different stages of their careers (or just finishing it), the audience heard instructive stories about ups and downs, perseverance and the importance of mental strength, the three different but equally successful athletes were able to shed light on the difficulties and beauties of elite sport for the participants.
