Tamas Krisztian signed a contract with the club on Thursday. 

Vidi's newest signing was born in Budapest on the 18th April 1995. He made his may through the Ujpest youth system up until 2008, before switching to the Illes Academy in Szombathely in 2011. There was a spell with 18 times Italian champions AC Milan, which included the world famous Via Reggio tournament in the UEFA youth league and also making it to the reserve side of the red and blacks.

Season 2014/15 saw him move on loan to Seria B side Varese, and also a spell with Slavia Prague. The summer of 2015 to the winter of 2017 included another period with an Italian second division side called Spezia. Tamas joined Gyirmot at the start of the year and he made 7 appearances for them over the spring season just ended. There was also an additional game in the Hungarian cup.

The 22 year old left footed player was a continuous member of the Hungarian youth sides and also played in 3 of the 2015 U20 world cup final matches. 

"I had other offers but the first concrete offer came from Vidi. I know that Videoton FC are a serious club that fights for the league title each season. That made it an easy decision for me to make. I will be among good footballers and it will help my own development as there are some serious rivals for the left back position. Naturally I would like to play as much as possible on the pitch and help the club achieve its aims." - commented Krisztian Tamas after signing for the club.

He has signed a deal until the 30th June 2020.
