"José Gomes has placed a lot of emphasis on the attacking game"

Adam Gyurcso talked about the match with Dynamo Moscow and the Hungarian national team

How would you sum up Thursday's friendly match with Dynamo Moscow?

I felt that we played well in both periods. Perhaps I do not even have to say that Dynamo are a completely different side to those teams we faced earlier this week. Those games also had their own importance, but we now have a better picture of where we are. Despite the fact that there were few chances in the game, the match itself was a battling and tough one. The Russian side went over the top more than once, but luckily no one was injured as a result.

What  differences have you noticed in the teams play under the management of José Gomes?

We have only worked with him for a short period, but it is already clear to see that he places a lot of emphasis on the attacking game. I noticed this in my own position, and I have been playing with more freedom, which does not mean that I do not have to help out in defence. José Gomes asked us before the match to have more possession of the ball, and try to pass a lot. If the ball is with the opponent, then we should put them under pressure quickly. I felt that we managed to do what was asked of us, but we still have plenty of work to do.

Sandor Egervári named his national squad for the friendly game with Belarus. Were you surprised that both you and Roland Szolnoki were called up?

If you look at the fact that Szolnoki played throughout the Autumn Europa league games without making any real mistakes, then it is not such a surprise. A friendly game is always a good chance for the national team manager to look and try out new players. I believe that Roland has worked a lot to get this chance, and he deserves to be in the Hungarian squad.

The national team will play two very important games in March, but unfortunately the home match with Romania, according to the current status, will be played behind closed doors. What kind of feeling will it be to play without supporters in the stadium?

I have never played in an empty stadium yet, and I cannot even imagine what it will be like, and what type of game it will turn out to be. The main idea of football is to have as many people in the stadium watching games.
