Former Debrecen favourite returned to the club after five years away
The Super Cup final will take place at the Sostoi stadium on Wednesday evening with kick off at 20:15pm. Debrecen have strengthened their squad during the summer break, and they managed to get their former goalscorer to return to the club. Former striker Ibrahima Sidibe spent the last five years playing in Belgium, but he has now made the move back to his former club. Manager Elemer Kondas also brought Adam Szabo from MTK during the winter transfer window, but he went out on loan to Mezokovesd during the spring season. Nigerian player Salami has gone out on loan to Kecskemet.
Debrecen have played friendly matches over the summer period, drawing two and winning two.
