"We are at the final stages of pre-season, with training continuing to be tough. It is true that there is nothing to be surprised about this, as the coaching staff promised us that we would have a very tough pre-season. At the same time we are clear with the fact that this is all happening for our own benefit. We will become better footballers from a training session to the next one. Perhaps many will be thinking that the training camps in Spain, Turkey or even Slovenia, will result in us coming home full of memories, but this could not be further from the truth. Perhaps in the most rare times, there may be a tour of a city, or perhaps something different in our free program. However, we do not travel out to these places for this. We go there because we can prepare in the most suitable surroundings for the season ahead. Training camps can be rather mundane, with our time being planned out to the last minute. We had two daily training sessions in Slovenia, with the average day looking something like this: Breakfast followed by training and prevention. Then lunch and a period to rest following that. Then it is back to the training pitch for more prevention and training. Finally there is dinner followed by going to bed. There is no problem with all of this as we are footballers, and we undertake to do this as part of our tasks, and as we want to be the best, this is why we put everything into our work. I feel that the team is very strong, and I feel that we are not under estimating our opponents when I say, that teams will have hard work against us in the league" - said Tamas Vasko to the club's website.
