Photo367A közel kétméteres, 193 centis védő Újpesten kezdte a pályafutását, a lila-fehér klubban kapott először profiszerződést is: tizennyolc évesen, 2002-ben. A 2004-2005-ös idényt kölcsönjátékosként Tatabányán töltötte, majd visszatért Újpestre. 2007-ben az angol másodosztály, a Championship rájátszásának döntőjébe jutó Bristol Cityben szerepelt kölcsönjátékosként, majd 2008 nyarán ismét visszatért Újpestre. Nem sokáig maradt a Szusza Ferenc Stadionban, klubja még azon a nyáron ismét kölcsönadta, ezúttal az olasz másodosztályban szereplő US Avellinónak.
2009 nyarától egy évet ismét Újpesten játszott, majd Székesfehérvárra, a Videotonhoz szerződött. A Vidiben Horváth Gábor távozásával lett alapember, azóta Lipták Zoltán „párja” belső védőként. A csapatból egyedüliként, a bajnokság összes, mind a 14 tavaszi meccsét végigjátszotta, összesen 1260 percet töltött 2011-ben a pályán. A Vidivel megnyert bajnoki aranyérme előtt Újpesten két ezüstöt szerzett, 2004-ben és 2006-ban. Székesfehérvárról való távozása után Kecskeméten még több mérkőzés is jutott neki, majd 2013 óta Mezőkövesden, a Puskás Akadémiánál, Dunaújvárosban és Békéscsabán játszott, közülük három gárdával búcsúzott az NB I-től. 2016-ban igazolta le a Vasas. A magyar válogatottban 2007. február 7-én, Lettország ellen debütált. Eddig összesen 12 válogatott mérkőzésen lépett pályára, legutóbb 2009. március 28-án, Tiranában, az Albánia ellen megnyert vb-selejtezőn.TamásVaskó0Vaskó Tamás1984-02-202Vaskó01MOL Fehérvár
