Videoton's right sided defender suffered an injury in the Hungarian cup match with MTK, back on the 10th April. He was unable to play in the remaining games of the season as a result. He is now back in full training at the Slovenian training camp.

- It feels really good to be training with the lads once again, as we really are like one big family. A week has not gone by that someone from the team did not ask how I was doing, which felt really good. Naturally just like the other players, I also received a personal training plan, so I do not have to do too much catching up. This week is all about getting back to the point where I can reach the others. I will be back training 100% from next week. What about the European competition in July? Well, I can say in the team's name that we are really looking forward to the cup games, but at the moment our focus is not on those games. The most important factor now is to get the maximum out of the summer training camp. We will also have a very important super cup match with Debrecen, before the Europa league matches.

Unfortunately we were unable to beat them last season, so our target cannot be anything other than to begin the new campaign with a win over the champions. That would mean that we win the super cup for the second time in a row. Just as I have already said, we are not concentrating yet on the key games in July. The coaching staff have put together a training system, which will thankfully see us getting stronger, day to day physically and also mentally. I feel that in a few weeks time, Vidi will be stronger than we were in the spring and the supporters will be able to see this." - Said Alvaro Brachi to the club's website.
