The Hungarian international side are training at Telki
The Hungarian international squad met up at Telki on Monday afternoon, ahead of Friday evening's European championship qualifier with Holland. Some players joined up with the squad in the evening, after flying in from various countries. "The atmosphere is good, and everyone is looking forward to the match," began Vidi midfielder Akos Elek, who was forced to miss the league game with Ferencvaros through injury, before coming on as a second half substitute in the 2-1 home win over Debrecen. "I felt my thigh a little after the match, but I will be in perfect condition for Friday! It was good to get back on to the pitch, and it is no secret that I needed to play before our game with Holland. We have been preparing for this game for several months now, at least in our heads, and now that it is here, we are all looking forward to it. International manager Sandor Egervari gave us our week's plan on Monday, which will see us having two training sessions on Tuesday, and one on both Wednesday and Thursday. We will go out for a joint dinner on Wednesday night as a bit of team building, as we have done on previous ocassions. We have looked at the Dutch squad, and there are no real surprises there. They are full up with world stars and good players, even if they will be missing Robben, Huntelaar and Janssen. There is nothing much to say as we are talking about one of the best team's in the world. As to the amount of pressure on us? I do not think it is that much, and I know that many are waiting for a miracle. Those who look at the match with reality will know that the Dutch are the clear favourites, and they will win the group."
