Vidi's captain has a foot injury
Balazs Farkas played in the second leg of Videoton's league cup match at Paks. He came on as a second half sub in that match, but signalled to the touchlines shortly after that he needed to come off. The midfielder suffered a heel injury, which will need the diagnosis of the club doctor. "They took an x-ray of my foot on Thursday, and I also had an MR scan" - began the captain. "Luckily I have not suffered any damage to the bone, although I was scared that I had damage in that area. I had a similar injury to my right foot, around six years ago. The club doctor, Tibor Kovacs has confirmed that I have avoided a more serious injury. There was also slight bleeding to the area, but that has since gone away." Balazs is undergoing treatment to the injury, and he is also receiving medicing to improve the situation. "I will need around two weeks to recover from this. I will also recieve some light massage to the area, which will improve things."
