Gyereksarok372Balázs 2000-ben, 19 évesen került a Vidihez és 5 évig a csapat meghatározó játékosa volt. Ki ne emlékezne hatalmas távoli góljaira és megalkuvást nem tûrõ, csupaszív játékára. Fehérvári teljesítményének köszönhetõen 2004-ben a válogatottba is meghívót kapott és összesen 34-szer szerepelt címeres mezben. 2005-ben Törökországba tette át a székhelyét, elõször a Malatyaspor, majd a Kayserispor csapatában játszott.
Mielõtt visszatért volna a Vidihez, 3 évig Belgiumban és 1 évig Hollandiában légióskodott a KRC Genk, illetve a Venlo csapatánál (ahol bár csak kölcsönjátékosként szerepelt, a csapatkapitányi karszalagot is felhúzhatta). Legnagyobb külföldi sikere egy 2009-es kupagyõzelem, egyénileg pedig az, hogy kétszer is szezon második legjobb genki játékosának választották.

Balázs 2000-ben, 19 évesen került a Vidihez és 5 évig a csapat meghatározó játékosa volt. Ki ne emlékezne hatalmas távoli góljaira és megalkuvást nem tûrõ, csupaszív játékára. Fehérvári teljesítményének köszönhetõen 2004-ben a válogatottba is meghívót kapott és összesen 34-szer szerepelt címeres mezben. 2005-ben Törökországba tette át a székhelyét, elõször a Malatyaspor, majd a Kayserispor csapatában játszott.
Mielõtt visszatért volna a Vidihez, 3 évig Belgiumban és 1 évig Hollandiában légióskodott a KRC Genk, illetve a Venlo csapatánál (ahol bár csak kölcsönjátékosként szerepelt, a csapatkapitányi karszalagot is felhúzhatta). Legnagyobb külföldi sikere egy 2009-es kupagyõzelem, egyénileg pedig az, hogy kétszer is szezon második legjobb genki játékosának választották.
2011 őszén jött haza, majd 2013-ig erősítette a Vidit, többek között az Európa Liga-menetelés során is. majd a Puskás Akaédmiához igazolt, ahol még 29 bajnokit játszott. 2015 őszén vonult vissza az egykori Magyar Kupa-döntős labdarúgó.
