Photo359Dusan Belgrádban született, ott, a „Bányásznak” becézett helyi Kolubarában kezdett focizni – éppen a háborús évek kellős közepén, 1993-ban. Még kölyökfutballistaként igazolt a montenegrói élvonalban szereplő FK Mogren Budvához, majd következett pályafutásának első felnőtt klubja, a rövid ideig Bosko Djurovszki által is dirigált Radnicski Obredovac. A Radnicski inkább a harmad-, negyedosztályban iparkodó klubnak számít, de 2002-04-ig az akkor még egységes ország, Szerbia és Montenegro első ligájában szerepelt.
Vasziljevics 2004 nyarán igazolt Magyarországra, sőt a magyar élvonalba – a kiváló ex-jugoszláv kapcsolatokkal rendelkező Békéscsabába. A meccsek nagy részén, 25 találkozón pályára is lépett a lila-fehéreknél, de miután az „Előre” kiesett, sőt az NB II-ben sem indulhatott, új klub után kellett néznie.
Kaposvár következett, de óriási peche volt: 2005 nyarán, a szezon előtti felkészülés során, Fonyódon, eltört a lába. Szinte a teljes őszi idényt kihagyta, mindössze két meccsen játszhatott, tavasszal viszont már alapemberré vált. A következő idényben (2006-2007) még ennél is jobban ment neki a Rákócziban, és ezzel beindult légiós karrierje.2007 decemberében Németországba, az Energie Cottbushoz szerződött – a Vidi szurkolói nyilván azonnal rávágják, játszott ebben a klubban Miriuta „Laci” és Horváth Feri is. Sikeres másfél évet töltött a közép-német városban, majd Csehországba szerződött, a patinás Slavia Prahához. A vöröscsillagosoknál azonban nagyon magasan volt a léc, onnan fél év után, több játéklehetőségre vágyva eljött.
A következő állomás Újpest, ahol remekül futballozott 2010 tavaszán. A lila-fehéreknél nyújtott jó teljesítményének köszönheti, hogy a Vidi felfigyelt rá – „Vaszke” 2010 nyarán szerződött klubunkhoz, ahol két szezon leforgása alatt magyar bajnok, Szuperkupa-győztes, Magyar Kupa-ezüstérmes lett.
