In 2013, Tamás Balogh started working for our club in the Alba Liga, later as a player scout, then as a video analyst in Ferenc Horváth's staff for a short time, and then as a senior player scout.

“I was born and raised in Fehérvár, so it means a lot to have worked here during the most successful period in the club's history. It was a great experience to experience successes such as the league titles, the cup win and of course the Europa League group stage. I'm happy to have had the opportunity to try my hand at a number of different tasks over the past nine years and I would like to thank everyone at the club for their support.”

Tamás will continue his career as Lead Eastern European Consultant for Premier League side Brentford FC. The 32-year-old was asked to explain what exactly his new role entails.

"Basically, I will be a member of the scouting team, reporting to the Head of Recruitment, Lee Dykes, a position I could probably compare to that of a sporting director. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for putting his faith in me. The main task will be to monitor the Eastern European leagues, but I will also have to liaise with the clubs, players and agents in the region, so it's a complex task and a big challenge. But I will of course continue to follow Vidi's progress and cheer them on to be as successful as possible in the years to come!"
