The referee for our Europa League match against Stade de Reims on Thursday will be Matej Jug from Slovenia. The 39-year-old match official, who is celebrating his 40th birthday a day after the game, has already refereed a game involving Vidi two years ago in the away match against Malmo in the Europa League. He last met a Hungarian team in December 2019 in FTC's EL match against Ludogorets. In recent years, he has also blown the whistle several times in matches of the Hungarian national team, the most memorable for us was the European Championship qualifier against Wales last June, which we won 1-0 with the goal from Mate Patkai. 

Matej Jug's assistants will be Matej Zunic and Grega Kordez, and the reserve referee will be Dragoslav Peric.
