Adrian Run was born in Szatmarnemeti in 1996. He started playing football for his local side and remained there until 2015. His next club was county league side Fehergyarmat where he would spend half a year before moving to then NB II club Balmazujvaros. He became a key player for them during season 2016/2017 and was part of their biggest success: promotion to the first division. Rus kept his place in the NB I season and that included appearing against Vidi in that season's opener. 

He can play as both a defender and in midfield and has two goals from 30 NB I games. He scored in the 4-0 win over DVSC and the winning goal in the match against Paks. However, Balmazujvaros were eventually relegated and he signed for Puskas Academy FC before going out on loan to Sepsi OSK. His debut came on the 9th November and he went on to make 14 appearances.

There are so many good players at MOL Vidi FC so I am sure there will be a big battle to get into the starting line-up. However, nobody will give this to him as a gift and he will have to show in training and in friendly games that he has a place in the team" - explained Zoltan Kovacs.
