The Vidi forward shared his thoughts following Saturday's friendly game.

MOL Vidi FC played their first pre-season friendly ahead of the new 2019-20 season. The first opponent was Russian side FK Akhmat Grozny, who emerged 2-1 winners. We spoke to Marko Scepovic following the match for his thoughts.
"I feel that the result is not the most important in a game like this. The most important is that we do not pick up any injury, which fortunately we managed to avoid. It is also positive that there were several young players out there on the pitch in our team. It was a very tough match and although we lost, I felt that if we continue to work like this further, the results will come in the games that we need to win. I was naturally tired in the game as we are in the training camp and this is normal. We have to suffer now in order to do well in the Europa League and also the domestic league. With regards to our opponents from Akhmat, they are a former club of mine as I spent a loan period with them in 2015. There were a few familiar faces" - commented Marko Scepovic.
