Joan Campins has signed a contract with our club after most recently playing for Spanish second division side CF Reus. 

The Spanish right back was born in the Balearic Islands on the 24th June 1995. He signed his first professional contract with local club RCD Mallorca and was with Barcelona between 2013 and 2016. He spent the final half year with Real Zaragoza on loan. 

He played for the second team of the Catalan club 15 times and was a member of their CL youth winning squad of 2013/2014. The spring of 2016 was with Zaragoza and he played in 9 LaLiga 2 games for them. Campins then moved to CF Reus in 2016 and made 24 appearances until 2018. 

"I am pleased to be continuing my career with MOL Vidi FC. I am a right back mainly but like to help out the team in attack. I am sure that it will be hard for me to break into the team but I will work very hard. If I get the chance to play, I will repay that with a good performance. I want to get to know the city as quickly as I can, but I like what I have seen so far. I hope that we will be celebrating the league title and Hungarian Cup win in May with Vidi" - commented Joan Campins.

"We have been forced into signing a right back outside of the transfer window. Attila Fiola, Attila Mocsi and Tamas Krisztian are all out with injury at the moment. We are not talking about muscle strains so I hope that they will all be back fit and ready as soon as possible. However, we had to react fast to the situation. This signing will help give manager Marko Nikolic more options. We have been working really hard over recent days to sign a player that is young, but already has senior footballing experience. It is never easy for a new player after the pre-season to be joining midway through a league season. I hope that Joan will quickly adjust and pick up the tempo.
