MOL Vidi FC were drawn with Premiership side Chelsea, PAOK and BATE in the Europa League group stage at the draw in Monaco.

Hungarian champions Vidi FC were drawn with Chelsea, PAOK and Bate when the draw was made in Monaco on Friday afternoon. Vidi were in pot 4 and were one of the last sides to be drawn out. It is the second time that Vidi have made it to the Europa League group stages. The last time was back in 2012 when Videoton, as they were then named, played against Basel, Genk and Sporting. Vidi even managed to beat Sporting and Basel at home.
Marko Nikolic' team will face an exciting group stage after only just failing to make it into the group stage of the Champions League last week. A 1-1 draw in Athens saw Vidi press towards the end, but the 1-2 home leg defeat proved costly. Vidi have already knocked out Dudelange, Ludogorets and Malmö in this summer's European adventure.
Details of the group matches will appear here shortly.

The Vidi manager spoke ahead of his sides home league game against Kisvarda.

The Serbian forward was with Vidi for 3 years and helped the club to a league title, Hungarian Cup and the Europa League Group Stage.

The goalkeeper has joined Vidi from Ujpest FC.

The forward has started the new season in hot form scoring 5 goals from 4 league games.

The experienced keeper will now link up with the Budapest club.

Kisvarda have made an impressive start to the new season and currently sit in fourth place.
