Monday afternoon training session at the Austrian camp

The Videoton squad will prepare for the season ahead in Austria, which will include several friendly matches for Marko Nikolic side. 

The Videoton squad departed Szekesfehervar on Monday morning on route to their Austrian training camp, which is located close to the Hungarian border. The almost three hours trip passed off without any problems and the bus rolled into BAD Waltersdorf at around 12:30pm. The coaching staff and players checked into their rooms shortly after and then headed off for lunch at 13:00pm. A period of rest followed before training started at 17:15pm. The players watched the early afternoon Sweden v South Korea game and there will be many more present to watch the evening fixture between England and Tunesia. 

The weather is fine and the sunny conditions of 24c meant that there was no complaints. There are 22 players present at the moment with 3 keepers and 19 outfield players. Roland Szolnoki has remained at home with the permission of the club, while Krisztian Geresi is receiving treatment in Germany. Roland Juhasz, Szabolcs Huszti, Danko Lazovic and Paulo Vinicius will all attend the funeral of Ferenc Kovacs on Tuesday, before linking up with the rest of the party later that evening.

The following 22 players took part in the first training session: Kovácsik Ádám, Tomas Tujvel, Hársfalvi András, Fiola Attila, Loic Nego, Mocsi Attila, Stopira, Tamás Krisztián, Tóth Bence, Bolla Bendegúz, Réti Patrik, Anel Hadzic, Kovács István, Pátkai Máté, Boban Nikolov, Sós Bence, Berecz Zsombor, Szabó Bálint, Varga József, Stefan Scsepovics, Marko Scsepovics és Elvir Hadzic.
