Vidi head scout Zsolt Hadnagy invited representatives of Romanian side Dinamo Bucharest to Szekesfehervar. Dinamo's head of academy, Gabi Raduta and Iorga Marius Lucian, who is their head scout spent a couple of days at Videoton. They watched several youth team training sessions and also spoke with Vidi's head of youth Imre Kenyeres.

"I paid a visit to Dinamo a few months ago and now they came to see us. We tried to show them how our youth system works here in Szekesfehervar. I have to say that they were satisfied with their visit. There are differences between the two clubs, but many things that are quite similar. I feel that it can be a useful long term relationship, especially as we are talking about a neighbouring country" - commented Zsolt Hadnagy.

Gabi Raduta feels that Vidi is a well run club, and that the kids are in a good place. "The training sessions were intensive from what I could see and the background is of international level. I know that mainly it is the city, the surrounding areas and the county that they are trying to entice youngsters to Vidi. We work on a slightly bigger scale and we try to get the most talented youngsters within the country to come to us. The situation at both clubs is different, as we are a club from the capital city. Our second team plays in the third division just like is the case here. Perhaps the biggest difference is that we sent out many young players on loan moves to the second division. I am pleased to have had the chance to learn from the current Hungarian champions" - commented the Romanian club's academy manager.  

"We tried to learn in Szekesfehervar, and just like at other clubs where there are several youth training sessions, we took a look at them in the recent days. There is a big difference in the infrastructure between Dinamo and Vidi. Unfortunately we do not currently have the level and quality of pitches than here. The whole system is very well organised, which impressed us, and I am sure that we will go home with plenty of useful tips" - said Iorga Marius Lucian.
