Mirko Ivanovszki was born in Bitola on the 31st October 1989. He signed his first professional contract at the age of 18, with Macedonian side Skopje. He spent a period out on loan with Slavia Prague in 2010. The right footed forward was most recently with CFR Cluj. He has represented his country many times after making his debut at the age of 22 in 2010. 

"I am very pleased to have become a Videoton player. I have researched Hungarian football as much as possible, and also Videoton FC. I have spoken with my previous manager, Vasile Miriuță, who I have a good relationship with, and we have talked a lot about Hungarian football. I am clear with the fact that Vidi is the best team in Hungary. My aim is to win the league and cup. I would also like to play in the Champions league with Vidi, as I have not yet played in this competition. My biggest moment in football was when I scored the winning goal for my country four years ago against Andorra. I do not know any of the players in the squad, but I do know that there are Serbian and Croatian players, so I am sure that they will help me blend in. I am lucky that I speak English quite well, so there will not be any problems with language. I have really enjoyed the training so far over the first two days." - commented Mirko Ivanovski.

He has suitable pace and is also a good physical player, as well as having technical and tactical capability. He has a good feeling for positional play. He can play in several attacking positions, and uses both feet well, which is really advantageous. He will be able to blend in to our system straight away.
