Filipe Oliveira's baby daughter, Carolina was born on the final day of the Spanish pre-season tour. Manager Paulo Sousa naturally allowed the player to travel home, which allowed Filipe to hold his baby in his arms just a few hours after the birth.

"I can state without going over the top, that I am the happiest person in the world. Nothing can compare to this happiness that I experienced when I first held my daughter in my arms. My partner and Carolina will travel out to Hungary in about a month's time, and I am really looking forward to being together once again with my family" - said a delighted Filipe.
