Istvan Kovacs has committed himself to Videoton FC until the summer of 2016. The talented 19 year old signed on the dotted line, having joined from fellow first division side Haladas. Kovacs flew out to Spain and arrived on Wednesday afternoon at the teams training base in Marbella. He took part in first team training session, before signing the contract with his new club. The midfielder from Haladas is very pleased to have joined the championship side, but knows that things may not be so easy.

- There are very high expectations on me at Videoton FC, but I hope, that I can live with those expectations and show everyone connected with the club what I can do. My new team mates have been very kind to me, and as I lost my baggage on route to Spain, offered to help me out with whatever I needed. I am delighted to be out here" - expalained Kovacs.
