The build up to Thursday's big game continues as manager Gyorgy Mezey, holds a morning training session out on the main pitch. There are not expected to be any major changes to the line up, as the Videoton players look forward to playing NK Maribor tonight, with kick off at 20:30pm. "We will have to go through the Autumn with this group of players, despite every effort to step up in quality, that I had planned, and which would have given us the stability in international games. I have seen that the team are much stronger, but perhaps a small step would be needed for a positive participation on the international stage. We can beat Maribor, but I am surprised that many have not noticed what a strong and experienced side Maribor are, and one which has always participated in cup games each season. This could be seen out on the pitch, but there was a confidence missing from our team, perhaps because they were not used to the pitch at Győr, that would have helped us to dictate the play. We will have to score goals tonight.. it's a simple as that!
