Videoton's talented right winger, Daniel Nagy, could have made his national team debut by now. However, he suffered an injury just before the home friendly game with Germany, pulling his thigh muscle, which meant that he was forced to miss making his international debut. He has gone to Spain to relax with his wife, Dorina. for a week.

-"We arrived in Madrid on the 2nd June by plane. We had a look at the city, before hiring a car and travelling south to the resort of Marbella. We will remain here until the 9th June. The weather has been great and there isn't a cloud in the sky. We have been relaxing all day long. We have been by the sea and enjoying the sun and sea. The food is also great and we have tried a few Spanish specialities. However, I am missing the movement and the running, so I began Sunday with a run along the beach running track. I spoke to the doctor about this before I travelled out. I feel that the injury is improving all the time and I can hardly feel it now. Please tell me the final score of the Holland v Hungary international? What!! 6-1 to Holland? I cannot believe that.... " said Daniel on the phone from Spain. Nagy also found out via the Videoton website that the club had signed goalkeeper Mladen Bozsovics from Partizan Belgrade.
