Our Romanian national team defender assessed the performance of our team in the autumn.
"I think there was more to this autumn season than we managed to get out of it. The early Conference league exit was a big disappointment for the team and unfortunately we had some games in the league where we didn't play to the standard we should have. However, by the end of the year, we managed to get back on track and win important games. I feel sorry for our fans, they were really behind us all the way and deserved more from us, but it is because of them that we will be fighting with redoubled energy in the spring. I owe a big thank you to the coaching staff, who trusted me all the way and made me an important part of the team. I think I have performed consistently and I am confident that I will be able to contribute even more to the team's success in the spring. I had a minor injury in November that kept me out of the last few games, but I'm looking forward to starting January with full intensity. I wish all Vidi fans a Happy New Year!" - commented Adrián Rus.
