The experienced match official has been appointed by the Hungarian FA.

Istvan Vad was born in Vecses on the 30th May 1979. He began playing football for local side Rakosmenti TK before moving to Ferenvaros and BVSC's youth teams. He gave up playing the sport at a young age and started to focus on refereeing. He became a FIFA match official in 2007 and made it into the Champions League group from 2010.
Vad will be assisted by Istvan Albert, Balazs Buzas for Wednesday's second leg. The fourth official will be Tamas Berenyi for the match, which will kick off at 17:30pm.

The youngster performed well in the 1-0 Hungarian Cup win over Ujpest on Wednesday.

The defender scored the only goal of the game to help Vidi into the next round.

A goal from Visar Musliu earned Vidi a place in the last eight of the cup.

The two managers spoke to the media shortly after the match on Wednesday.

The two sides played out a 0-0 first leg draw in Szeged last week.

The Vidi manager spoke before the second leg game against Ujpest FC.
