MOL Vidi FC collected an extremely important three points on Sunday evening against Ferencvaros. The final game of 2018 saw Vidi win 2-1 to move to five points of FTC at the top of the league table. Captain Roland Juhasz spoke after the final whistle:

"I am pleased that we managed to win the final game to put an even sweeter taste on things following a great period. The game had so much at stake from our point of view going into the final game of the year. We were so focused and with so much determination to achieve our target and win. This was one of the best games of the 2018-19 season even despite us playing one of the best teams in the world on Thursday evening and picking up such a good result. I am really pleased that the strength of the team held out and we managed to use up all of our energy. We knew just how important the game with Ferencvaros would be. We have reduced the lead to 5 points and that can give us hope over the spring season" - explained Roland Juhasz.
