The defender knows the importance of the Hungarian Cup and Wednesday's game.

"The draw for the Hungarian Cup has been strange for us this year. We have been drawn against sides that we have suffered defeats against over the last two years. We managed to get revenge over Vac in the last round and now we are preparing for a similar event against Budafok on Wednesday. Naturally you cannot compare the game with that of two years ago as the main squad and coaching staff has changed since then. It will be a difficult series for us as we continue to play competitive games every three days. Perhaps the final two weeks will be the hardest. We cannot use this as an excuse and it is important that we go out onto the pitch with clear heads. We must not think about anything else and only on the task in hand. That will be to beat Budafok and go through to the next round. I am sure that the home side will be enthusiastic and will want to do well against us. We respect our opponents and our preparing with maximum concentration. Only a good result and going through will be acceptable to us" - commented Paulo Vinicius.
