There was two training sessions for the players on the back of yesterday's 3-0 friendly win.

Vidi played their first summer friendly on Wednesday afternoon against Austrian second division side Kapfenberger SV. That ended in a comfortable 3-0 win. There were two training sessions on Thursday as part of the program. Morning started with breakfast and then a short cycle to the nearby training pitch. The ball was kept away as fitness coach Goran Basarics held a session in the gym for the outfield players while Istvan Brockhauser took the keepers for some training.
The almost one hour training was followed by a quick tempo intensive tactical game involving the balls under the watchful eyes of Marko Nikolic. The two hour session ended with the team returning to the hotel for lunch and some rest.
Loic Nego was the final player out for the afternoon session, which must have been hard as he would have rather watched the France - Peru World Cup match.
The afternoon session started with possession practice and then a 10 v 10 game as part of the program. Then the squad got back on their bikes and back to the hotel.
Friday will include another training session before the friendly game on Saturday against Osijek. That match will kick off at 18:30pm at the Ungersdorfi stadium.
