The midfielder is used to the tough training sessions, which are normal at this time of the year.

"The training camp did not start too well for me. I was sick with a virus and was not able to train together with the rest of the players for the first few days. This small illness took a lot out of me physically, but I am now better and working to catch up the others. I played 90 minutes in our friendly game against Wisla Krakow. It has helped me to reach 100% even quicker. The facilities here are perfect and everything is in place for us to have a successful preparation. The training pitches are just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and they are real quality. The training sessions, as we are used to at this time of the year are very intense. Looking back on our two friendly games, we have not managed to win yet, but results are not the most important aspect. We are professional players and we want to win always, whatever condition we happen to be in. We have worked hard recently and we were not at the usual level against the Polish side. I personally am upset that we lost. We can see that we have plenty of things to work on. We have no doubts that we are at the start of pre-season and it helps us to be able to play against strong international opponents. I am certain that the intensity of training will be reduced over coming days and that we will be more fresh. That will help us to pick up better results in friendly games" - commented midfielder Jozsef Varga.
