The popular keeper returns to the club he has served for in the past.

34 year old keeper Tomas Tujvel signed a contract with Vidi on Wednesday. He will link up with his team mates to begin pre-season ahead of the spring season.
Tujvel is well known to the Videoton supporters as the Slovakian keeper was at the club between 2009 and 2016. He had joined Videoton from FC Nitra at the age of 25 and went on to make 27 league appearances in goal. In total he turned out in 46 competitive matches for the red and blues.
He was a squad member of the first ever title winning team and was in goal as Videoton beat Kecskemet in the Super Cup final. He also played his part in the League cup trophy win back in season 2011/12 and also during Vidi's super Europa League run that saw them make the group stage. Tujvel played in the away group match against Sporting. Tujvel moved to Kecskemet TE for the 2014/15 season and also spent a loan period for DAC in season 2015/2016. He was the number one keeper for both clubs. In the summer of 2016, he signed for Mezokovesd. The newly promoted side was his home for 39 league games as he played the most matches for them.
"In the life of a footballer, things in a career can be very unpredictable. I did not think that I would return to Vidi. However, when the chance came, I did not have to think too long as I have always felt good in Szekesfehervar. I was part of the first title winning team and I have returned here with the aim of winning another one for Vidi" - commented Tomas Tujvel.

The two players have been key to the success of Vidi in recent years.

The Hungarian FA have released fixture details for the second half of the season.

The international midfielder returns to Vidi after a period of over six years away.

Marko Nikolic will hold his first training session on Wednesday.

The players will report back on Monday morning for the start of pre-season.
