Henning Berg fielded the following side: Kovácsik - Nego, Vinicius, Fiola, Stopira - Hadzic, Varga József, Pátkai, Suljic - Scsepovics, Lazovics.
Vidi started the match well in the sunny conditions of Marbella. With 3 minutes played, Suljic played the ball back to Stopira on the left. Lazovics had the ball at his feet and aimed for the bottom left corner, with his effort going very close. Substitute keeper Cano saved a 79th minute chance from Vidi forward Scepovic with chances few and far between. Lazovic and Sejben then combined with the Serbian forward blasting over the bar.
