Jozsef Berger was born in Keceli and first refereed a game involving Vidi on the 15th April 2012. That was in a league match against Vasas, which Vidi won 4-1 thanks to goals from Nikolics (2), Sandor and Vinicius. He has only been fourth official over the last year and a half since. Those included the matches at Ujpest, which the Szekesfehervar side won on the 5th August 2012 There was also the OTP league home match with MTK, which the red and blues won 2-0 last May, The away win at Pecs, which saw three points picked up thanks to a 2-1 win, and the 2-0 away win at Ferencvaros at the start of this season. Berger will be assisted by Gabor Kormanyos, Bence Szvetnyik with the fourth official being Attila Szommer.
