- How long do you think any new player will have to adjust to life at the club?
+ The question is valid, but I do not think that this will be a problem during this transfer window, as I envisage one or two players joining us. Or rather I do not feel that there will be too many changes to our team from the autumn. However, it would be much harder if five or six players would be moving to the club.

- Which part of the teams play do you think needs improving?

+ There is always room for improvement in all areas of the team, from set pieces to standard situations. We always strive to make things smoother, and more precise in the results we achieve.

- If everything turns out well, what size attendances would you be satisfied with by the end of the season?

+ I feel that an average attendance of about 5,000 would be needed for us to be more effective in home games. That is the sort of figure with which I would be satisfied with.
