Manager Gyorgy Mezey has spoken several times recently, about the start of the league season. There is only one day left before Sunday's season opener at Siofok. The team will have a training session on Saturday, with the manager naming his starting eleven before the session began.

He is planning to play the following team: Bozsovics – Andics, Lipták, Horváth, Elek – Szakály, Farkas, Djordjic, Gosztonyi – Vujovics, Lencse with the other members of the travelling squad being: Tujvel, Vaskó, Hidvégi, Milanovics, Polonkai, Sándor and Nikolics.

"We are ready for the start despite going through some difficulties." began the manager. "The difficulty was that we went through a period of preparation, which did not go alway according to plan, including the defeat to Maribor, where we went out of the Europa League. I felt that many in Hungary underestimated the Slovenian side. However, they have gone to beat Hibernian 3-0 since. We are now over that and we have a task on Sunday, which is to get a win against a strong side in the first match of the season."
