The young central defender spent the autumn season on loan at second division side Dunaujvaros.

- Were you surprised to begin the winter pre-season with vidi, as you went out on a season long loan during the summer to Dunaujvaros?
I will honestly say that I was hoping. I went to Dunaujvaros in the Summer, and the manager told me that he was counting on me in the long term, but as I was a young player, it was important that I get regular match time under my belt. He said that he considered me a good player, and that he would like to see me in the winter, and see where I stand currently and how much I have developed. It feels good that these were not just words, as they regularly came to games so I know that José Gomes has been following me over the last six months. I am pleased that I have the chance to show what I can do in the training camp.
What are your aims looking into the future, and do you know where you will continue playing over the spring season?
I have nothing concrete right now. I am here in Spain, and I would like to give 100 in each training session. If the manager feels that I can help the team, I will be delighted to spend the spring season playing in the Vidi shirt. I will not be downhearted if the decision is for me to return back on loan to Dunaujvaros. They are battling for promotion, and they consider me as one of their main players there. I am in a lucky position, as I will be at a good club whether I remain at Vidi or return to Dunaujvaros. Whichever team I play for will be battling for the league title.
