Monday morning's training session was followed by a visit to the local paintball centre for some further team building.
A tough Sunday was followed by a light Monday morning run for the players under the watchful eyes of the coaching staff. The players warmed up and then did some laps around the training pitch. They then closed the session with some thorough stretching.
The morning session did not come to a close. The local JA Centre of Excellence & Shooting Club is close to the training pitch. The players headed off there and were split into groups to take part in the team building exercise.
On route to Spain!

The squad flew out to the first of their two Spanish training camps on Tuesday morning. They will remain there until the 30th January and will play friendly games.
