Zoltan Kovacs has signed a two year deal with the club. The new director of football was introduced to the squad before Tuesday's training.

"This request came very suddenly, which I could not say no to as we are talking about one of the top sides clubs in Hungary. The squad has many very good players and they are capable of performing much better than results have shown so far. I will shortly be sitting down with each player to discuss the situation. I have started to work from today to help Vidi get out of the slump that they are in. I would not like to say anything more than this at the moment as we have a Europa League match in Poznan just in front of us. We need to focus all of our energy on that game. Once we return back from Poland, I will naturally be delighted to talk in more details about the plans." - commented Zoltan Kovacs to vidi.hu.
