"New players arrived at the beginning of the season, which meant that they needed time to be built into the side. We managed to step forward during the autumn, picking up many good results in the league. We will kick off the spring season in a favourable position in the league table. We are strong both mentally and physically. We have to continue the work, which we started, which will help us to be successful at the end of the season. There were failures during the course of the season unfortunately. I am thinking here mainly about us going out of the Hungarian cup, although we are still in two competitions, which we will both win. There were several matches over the autumn season, which I gladly remember back to, although I would not want to pick out any of them. Each individual victory is important to us, and I happily look back to those games. Each day that I spend with Videoton makes me very happy. I feel that we do not need that much extra to realize our dreams, which is to win the league. We just need a little more self-confidence over the spring. Primarily we will have to work hard to prepare for games where we can produce those performances, which will allow us to start the spring season confidently" - commented Joan Carrillo.
