Vidi did not play a league game on Saturday due to the EL match on Thursday. However, they make the journey east to Mezokovesd on Sunday. Marko Nikolic' side will be up against the team sixth in the OTP league. The match will kick off at 15:30pm with three important league points on offer.

Mezokovesd are still in the Hungarian cup and a goal in the 86th minute from Koszta gave them a win over III kerulet recently. The already mentioned Alves and Denes Szakaly both played for Vidi in the past. They also have the Varjas twins who came through the Vidi youth system. Manager Attila Kuttor helped Vidi to the Hungarian Cup win in 2006. He also had three spells with the club during his playing career. His assistant is Mihaly Toth who also played for the red and blues.
