The Videoton first team squad continues to train hard ahead of the busy spring season
Training on Tuesday morning began with a program to help avoid injury to the ankle and leg. New manager José Gomes then went on to go through various attacking variations with his players. The good tempo training session ended with a game between the players. The team were given a longer period to rest following lunch, with a second session beginning at 18:00pm, which concentrated mainly on strengthening various parts of the body. Wednesday will involve a morning training session, before the team play their third friendly match against Dinamo Moscow.
