Bravúrgyőzelemre készülünk Kispesten
Csapatunk szombaton a Bozsik-stadionbalátogat. A Honvéd a tabella nyolcadik helyén áll, és ha sikerül legyőznünk apiros-feketéket, két ponttal megelőzhetjük őket. Ez persze cseppet sem leszkönnyű feladat, bár a Honvéd igen rapszodikusan szerepel a bajnokságban.Ellenfelünk eddig pontosan ötvenszázalékos mérleget produkált, hat meccsébőlkettőt nyert, kettőt vesztett és kétszer játszott döntetlent.
- Természetesen Kispesten is a győzelemretörekszünk majd, de a Honvéd jó, igen veszélyes csapat, ezért úgy is mondhatom,hogy bravúros győzelmet szeretnénk elérni - kezdte Varga István. - A válogatottvb-selejtezői miatti bajnoki szünetben sajnos eltört Kulcsár Tamás alkarja,Horváth Gábor izomrost-szakadást szenvedett, és Dvéri Zsolt is megbetegedett. Arendelkezésünkre álló időben igyekeztünk csiszolni játékunkat, remélem, előretudtunk lépni. Ha sikerül gyorsabban és pontosabban játszani, mint előzőmérkőzéseinken, akkor eredményesek leszünk majd. Idegenben is mindhárom pontmegszerzésére törekszünk, megteszünk majd mindent, amit tudunk, aztánmeglátjuk, hogy mindez mire lesz elég a Bozsik-stadionban.

Nyiregyhaza away this Saturday

Videoton travel east to Nyiregyhaza, as they continue their league season following an international break. Spartacus have began the season brightly and will be tough to beat on home soil. George Mezey and his sqaud will travel on Friday for an overnight stay at a nearby hotel, before choosing his team to play on Saturday afternoon.

Videoton currently sit in second spot in the Soproni league, after 6 matches. There will be no games this weekend with a break for the international qualifying matches. Vidi will be hoping to get back into the rich vein of form that they enjoyed over the first 4 games of the season.

Videoton made their final signing before the transfer window closes. Montenegro attacking midfielder, Milan Purovics has joined on loan from Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon.

Videoton Football club would like to congratulate the players, management and fans of Debrecen on their qualification to the European Championship group phase. We hope that this success will give a big jolt to Hungarian football.
