Gyereksarok1060A Vidi-szurkolók óriási kedvencének számított az 1980-as évek végétől saját nevelésű csatárunk, "kisTaki". A 168 centiméter magas támadó az 1987-88-as idény végén debütált a felnőtt csapatban (mindössze 17 évesen), de aztán két idény alatt csak két tétmeccsen találkozhattak a nevével a szurkolók.
1990 és 1994 között aztán több mint 100 meccsen 26 találatig jutott, majd rövid MTK-s és EMDSZ-Soproni (mindkettő NB II) időszak után tért vissza Fehérvárra. 1998-ig újabb 13 gól fűződött a nevéhez az élvonalban (közte egy 1996-os, Vác elleni mesterhármassal), később az FC Sopronnal is az NB I-ben futballozhatott. 2001 nyarától rövid ideig a Kaposvár játékosa volt, de októberben Vietnamba, a másodosztályú ACB Ha Noi FC-be távozott. 2004-ig futballozott ott, feljutottak az élvonalba is, edzője volt Détári Lajos, csapattársa Ördög József és Lázár Mátyás.
2004-ben Martonvásárra szerződött, 2006 tavaszát Mosonmagyaróváron töltötte, majd 2008 tavaszát leszámítva (ekkor Abán játszott) élete hátra lévő részében megint a Martonvásárt erősítette.

2004-ben Martonvásárra szerződött, 2006 tavaszát Mosonmagyaróváron töltötte, majd 2008 tavaszát leszámítva (ekkor Abán játszott) élete hátra lévő részében megint a Martonvásárt erősítette.
2009. november 8-án éppen a Fejér megyei város csapatában játszott, amikor egy mérkőzés után rosszul lett és tragikus körülmények között elhunyt.
