Mind a 101 NB I-es meccsét a Vidi színeiben töltötte a pályán karrierje során a salgótarjáni születésű és nevelésű, 180 cm magas Jónás, aki az SBTC-től érkezett 1986-ban és megszakítás nélkül 1995-ig rúgta a bőrt Fehérváron. Sokáig az ifjúsági válogatott tagja volt a középpályás-támadó.
Rengeteg sérüléssel bajlódott karrierje alatt, végül 1996 telén, féléves Gázszer-kölcsön után vonult vissza.
